Collection

All purchased products can be collected free of charge from our Mount Eden location - you will receive notification when it is possible to collect - standard collection hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Clients are able to arrange their own freight / courier where possible - there may be an extra packaging charge for relevant products - please check with us before arranging this.

Delivery

All orders selected for delivery will be by courier. This service offers tracking and is fully insured. (stated times exclude production timing)

Note some products may not be able to be couriered to some locations due to weight and size. Whilst One Display has made an effort to ensure the delivery options are relevant for each product we reserve the right to not deliver a product to the specified address - this opion will be advised and discussed with a full refund available where relevant.

When checking out please ensure that you supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
